Privacy notice: Med-way order portal

Who we are. Med-way Imports Ltd, Malta (enquiry@med-way.com, +356 99420289), is responsible for the personal data on this site.

What we hold. Your name, your work email address, and the items ordered for you: description, quantity, PO number and dates.

Where it comes from. Your employer's purchase orders and quote requests sent to Med-way. These documents may be read with the help of AI services.

Why. Only to show you the status of your orders. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in keeping our customers informed about their orders.

Sign-in. A one-time link sent to your email. No passwords. One cookie keeps you signed in.

Where it is kept. On secure servers run by our hosting providers; the database is in the EU (Ireland).

How long. For as long as we keep the related business records. You can ask us to remove your portal access at any time.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to enquiry@med-way.com. You may also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
